Chris Ducker

Chris worked as an auditor and then as a management consultant in London before he and his family were called to overseas mission, training and then working in Eastern Europe for 7 years where they engaged in holistic mission and development.

Chris joined OCMS in 2026 after stepping down as Principal of ForMission College (2020-2025), directly overseeing the college’s operations and ultimately its integration into Moorlands College. He was awarded a Senior Fellowship of Higher Education (SFHEA) in 2022. Prior to ForMission, he was the Academic Coordinator at Redcliffe College and also worked as the Regional Manager for a UK mission agency.
