David Emmanuel Singh participated in the 15th quadrennial conference of the International Association for Mission Studies in Sydney, Australia from 7-11 July. The conference was on the theme of ‘Power, Inequalities and Vulnerabilities: Mission in a Broken World’. It included plenary papers and panel discussion besides 10 permanent tracks and about an equal number of Sydney specific thematic panels. David has been part of IAMS since 2008 – first as an Executive Committee member (2008-2012) and, then, as the convenor of the track on Interfaith Studies and Mission (2012 – ). He has been supported ably by Mika Vahakangas as the second convenor. In David’s track this year there were 18 papers including 3 from OCMS scholars.
