Elizabeth Robar (M.A., M.A., Ph.D.) is founder and director of Cambridge Digital Bible Research, a charity established to make biblical scholarship available, accessible and useful to biblical interpreters. She finished her doctorate at the University of Cambridge on Hebrew grammar and worked many years at Tyndale House, Cambridge. She and her husband home educate their four children and have found classical education a robust framework for sharing the fruits of scholarship with non-academics. She joined Katie Frost as academic head of The Psalms: Layer by Layer and has since been focusing on establishing a solid academic foundation (in grammar, linguistics, literary theory and historical background) for developing translation resources to be used worldwide.
Katie Hoogerheide Frost, (M.M., M.A., M.A.,) serves as an arts consultant with SIL International and as an associate instructor at Dallas International University, focusing especially on biblical Hebrew poetry and oral Bible translation. With graduate studies and experience in music performance, teaching English to speakers of other languages, linguistics, translation, and world arts, her work is also influenced by time spent living, working, and traveling in areas near the Mediterranean. She is one of the cofounders of the multi-organisational endeavor The Psalms: Layer by Layer, a project seeking to produce translation resources reflecting both the artistry and the linguistics of the original poems.
