The lecture is set to explore how missiology can inform the Church’s engagement with AI and to consider AI’s potential challenges and opportunities for the mission of the Church.
František Štěch, Th.D. is a Roman Catholic theologian working at the Protestant Theological Faculty of the Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic). Currently he serves as leader of interdisciplinary team of theologians and computer scientists working together on project “The Anthropology of Artificial Intelligence: Ethics, Understanding, Human Nature”.
