Mark is a British-Born-Chinese Anglican Priest in the Diocese of Bristol and founder of The Teahouse, which increases the visibility and participation of Chinese-heritage clergy in the Church of England. He is a member of the Campaign Against Racism Group who work with the Government to combat hate-crime against East and South-East Asian communities. Prior to ordination, Mark was a Pastor in Hong Kong for 10 years. His MA dissertation was titled ‘What the Church of England can learn from East-Asian Theology in terms of contextualising the Gospel.’ He has taught at Trinity College and Emmanuel College.
