Andrew and Hazel Anderson in Scotland

The OCMS Chaplain and Archivist, Andrew and Hazel Anderson, were on holiday south of Oban in Argyll, Scotland, during July. Andrew was again covering the Netherlorn parish churches for a friend and colleague while he was on holiday.

There are five churches in the group: Craignish, Kilmelford, Kilninver, Kilbrandon and Kilchattan, the last two on islands, Seil and Luing, approached only by ferry. There are four services every Sunday on a rota basis, and Andrew took two of these for each of the Sundays. The last Sunday included a baptism of a baby boy, named Ossian.

Scottish and Argyll weather is often mixed, but when it's nice it's beautiful!
