Be Helpful

It was our particular delight last summer to welcome Dr Las Newman back to OCMS, this time as what might be called chief among OCMS volunteers, as Chairman of our Council of Trustees.

Our volunteers, though, take on many different roles.  Some are local, some serve in very far flung corners of the earth, some help us regularly and frequently - maybe several times a week - and others' help might be infrequent, maybe as a speaker at a conference, or helping with editing or reading a chapter for a foreign scholar.

What is uniform, is the fact that each and every volunteer is a vital part of the OCMS community, and without them, our ministry would be diminished.

Some of the roles that volunteers' time fills for us:

Supervising Research Scholars
Site Maintenance
Prayer Coordination
Speaker at Conference
