Keith is Chairman of Red Redemption Limited, a socially-conscious computer games company based in Oxford, and Managing Partner of Financial Professional & Strategy Services LLP, a Christian-led Chartered Accountancy and business consulting firm with teams in the UK and India. Keith previously specialised in Corporate Finance with KPMG in both London and Hong Kong.
Keith serves as Vice-Chairman of the Archbishops’ Council Audit Committee and of Guildford Diocesan Board of Finance. He also serves as a Trustee of World Vision, a member of the General Synod Dioceses Commission, Lay Chairman of Runnymede Deanery and Treasurer of his parish church, St John’s Egham.
Keith’s other passions and interests include youth work, mountain-climbing (Mt Kilimanjaro being my highpoint, so far!), music, sailing, keeping-fit, worldwide travel, friends and family.

Ms Ruth Padilla De Borst Member, Council of Trustees (2013)
Ruth currently serves as Director of Christian Formation and Leadership Development with World Vision International and as General Secretary of the Latin American Theological Fellowship. She lives in Costa Rica where she shares parenting of their blended, multi-cultural family with her husband, James Padilla DeBorst.
Ruth has been involved in leadership development and theological education for integral mission in her native Latin America as a missionary with Christian Reformed World Missions for many years, --first in student ministry with the Comunidad Internacional de Estudiantes Evangélicos (IFES), next with Seeds of New Creation, a ministry that trains for and promotes holistic mission in El Salvador, and now with the Pro Integral Education Institute.
Dr Kwabena Asamoah-Gyadu Member Council of Trustees (2013)
J. Kwabena Asamoah-Gyadu is professor of Contemporary African Christianity and Pentecostal-Charismatic Studies at the Trinity Theological Seminary at Legon in Accra, Ghana. He is also the Seminary’s Dean of Graduate Studies. Professor Asamoah-Gyadu studied at the Trinity Theological Seminary, Ghana; the University of Ghana, Legon; and the University of Birmingham, UK (PhD, Theology, 2000). He has been Senior Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of World Religions, Harvard University (2004) and Schiotz Visiting Professor of African Christianity at the Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA (2007). He is on the International Advisory Board of the Religion, Culture and Society program of the Theology Department of the Vrije University, Amsterdam. Prof. Asamoah-Gyadu is also an adjunct faculty at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana. He has a wide range of publications on contemporary African Christianity and Pentecostalism, including papers on Religion and Media in sub-Saharan Africa.
