Student's using the Internet Cafe at OCMS!

The Library at OCMS hosts an internet café of 10 computers for scholars' sole use, as well as supporting equipment such as printers and photocopiers.  

All students are given their own OCMS email address as well as space for saving their research documents, and are provided with training through the Research Induction School into the breadth of material available through the www to assist them in their research not only while in residence, but also when in their normal working contexts.

When in residence in Oxford, OCMS scholars have access to some of the best computer training available, tailored for scholarly needs, at a very reasonable price.  Courses range from training in preparing Simple Documents in Microsoft Word, to How to Manage Large Documents and Word for Thesis, as well as courses in Endnote and other useful packages.  These courses are discounted for OCMS students and currently cost around £35 each, for a 3-hour , hand-on training session.
