South Asian Concern is a small charity whose aim is to equip the churches to share the good news of Jesus with South Asians. We work in partnership to offer cross cultural training and resources, encourage prayer and connect people for effective outreach to South Asians.

The Director will lead the team to deliver the charity’s agreed goals. We are looking for a person with a passion to see God’s kingdom grow amongst South Asians, with experience in cross-cultural ministry and disciple-making, who is willing to develop the resources for this. The Director will have proven ability in management and team leadership and will be able to work collaboratively to develop new initiatives, based in our office in Sutton, Surrey.

Salary according to experience and ability in the range of £30-35,000.
